What affects the price

When we look at your property, the offer we make reflects the condition of the home and what it will cost to bring it up to current market standards. Things like the age of your roof, the state of the plumbing, and the condition of the foundation play a big role. We also weigh the current local market demand against any necessary repairs. We evaluate your situation individually to provide a fair path forward. Exact pricing confirmed free on the call.

About this service

This is a common way to describe buying homes that need significant repairs or updates. If your house has outdated finishes, structural issues, or general wear and tear, you might worry it won't sell on the market. We buy these properties exactly as they are. You do not need to spend money on contractors or cleanouts. We evaluate the repair costs and factor that into our offer. Exact pricing confirmed free on the call.
